LOLA: Live Online Learning Activities (part 1)

This workshop, divided into two sessions of 3 hours each, will teach you how to use various types of training activities on GLOWBL. Matthew Richter and Thiagi from the Thiagi Group will provide theoretical background on LOLA and worksheets detailing method and implementation, which you can adapt to your own sessions.

You will discover activities for technical, management, sales and management content. Thiagi and Matt will teach you how to adapt these activities to your needs, how to deal with difficult participants and how to choose the activity best suited to your objectives. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:

Use the activities to achieve your training objectives.
Experiment with more than 10 activities to design and run your GLOWBL sessions.
Apply different types of activities: structured sharing, text-based, interactive lectures, stories, etc.
Modify online activities to meet the needs of your sessions.
Explore the differences and similarities between online and face-to-face activities.
Identify and mitigate the risks associated with online training.
