Discovery Offer: See Everything You Can Do!

In our different plans, you can bring together 2 to 300 people simultaneously in the same Glowbl space. But with our Discovery offer… there are only 3 of you.

At this point, you might be thinking:
“Three people? That’s too few to really see what Glowbl can do…”
Or even:
“This won’t be useful in my daily work.”

✋ Think again. Because that 3 is no coincidence.

From Confucianism to Greek philosophy to the Christian tradition, the number three symbolizes harmony and transformation. And in collective intelligence methods, three is a format in its own right:

  • Liberating Structures use groups of three to ensure equal speaking time.
  • In design thinking, three is the ideal number to safely test an idea.
  • In facilitation, three people are enough to break the ice, build connections, and experiment without pressure.

So yes, there are “only” three of you…
But that’s more than enough to spark something.

Let’s explore how to turn your Discovery space into:

Turn Your Discovery Space Into…

You may already use well-known video conferencing tools for your meetings.
But beyond simply surprising your guest—and welcoming them into a space where they quickly feel at home—here are several reasons to move all your meetings to Glowbl.

Easy to organize

Your space is unique, and so is its link.

Share it in an email, include it in calendar invitations, or even add it to your email signature. Anyone who wants to meet you will always know where to find you.

You can also add the link to a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar. On the day of the meeting, you don’t need to check where to go—you already know.

Structured meetings

Your space is unique—but more importantly, it’s persistent.

That means you can get comfortable and build your own routines there.

For example, if you’re in sales (and let’s be honest—we all are a little), your meetings might always follow the same structure:
a product presentation using your favorite slides and portfolio, followed by a more personal discussion.

Here’s a simple setup:

1/ Prepare the central table with all the documents and videos you usually present. This becomes your demo table. It remains the same from one meeting to the next. When you arrive, everything is ready.

2/ Once the demo is finished, move to another table with your guest. Change the setting to create a transition and display a blank collaborative note or meeting notes template. This allows you to capture key information together—and align on what matters from the conversation. And of course, your guest can add their own notes. At the end, everyone can download the notes in the format of their choice (PDF, Word, ODF).

Do you need more data about your meetings, manual cleanup isn’t really your thing, and it would be great to be able to find a specific collaborative note based on the meeting date?

You’re going to love session flows!

1/ Design a two-step session flow just once, based on the model above (you can choose either to stay at the same table or keep the movement between tables).

2/ Each time you launch it at the start of a meeting, your layouts and documents load automatically (including your Collaborative Note template)..

3/ Stop the session flow and the space is automatically cleaned up, clearing everything that happened during your session. You then access a summary that allows you to see how much time you spent on the demo compared with the one-to-one discussion, and retrieve the shared content whenever you need it.

Bonus for coaches and recruiters.

Do your meetings usually follow this format: interview + timed practical exercise?

No problem.

1/ “Send your candidate to another table where they’ll find the practical exercise to complete without leaving the platform, just as if they were in person. Leave them to work independently while you stay at the central table and start a timer.

2/ Once the timer goes off, join them at their table or send an announcement inviting them to come back to you. You can then easily display their work using the space’s

Here again, creating a session flow allows you to set up announcements and timers in advance and access summaries for each candidate. If you’re recruiting for multiple roles, imagine the mental load you remove by simply arriving two minutes before the meeting and launching ‘UX Designer Interview’ to instantly get the right collaborative note, the right practical exercise, and the right timer.” ? 🤯

And if you too, dear coaches, make good use of session flows, you could even develop an additional offering: giving your coachees access to a ‘resource space’ available outside coaching hours. The idea is simple: prepare themed tables in your space with different resources and activities that your learner can explore and work on independently.

More details about how to organize these resource spaces are provided in the second use of your Discovery space below.” 👇

Turn your Discovery space into,

Do you need to show what you do or let a prospect, a recruiter—or even your uncle—try out your latest Genially? You could send a portfolio or a Google Drive link, or you could choose to offer a completely different experience:

1/ Prepare different tables with different names and visual settings. Even better, create your own backgrounds so they match your brand guidelines or include your logo. Each table can represent a theme, a year, or a level of difficulty. You can even design a “journey” so your prospect moves from one table to another. And of course, each table contains content that can be viewed and clicked without needing to open another tab.

2/ Send your prospect an email:
“Here’s my demo space—no password needed, everything is open. Just click the link whenever you have a moment. And why not invite… two of your colleagues as well?”

And that’s exactly what makes it more engaging than a Drive folder: your prospects can explore your world together. You can even invite them to sign a guestbook at the end by displaying a simple collaborative note on the final table, or by asking them to fill out a form.

Turn your Discovery Space into,

We all need to meet new people, expand our networks, and create opportunities. I don’t know about you, but for me, the evening—between fatigue and unexpected events—isn’t the ideal time. On the other hand, I’m full of energy at lunchtime, and I sometimes enjoy taking a break (an occupational habit). I have time… just not enough to cross the entire city for lunch!

What if, once a week at lunchtime, you invited two people you follow on social media—people you’d like to connect with beyond simple comments—to join you on Glowbl? This isn’t entirely new: ‘co-lunching’ was quite trendy about ten years ago. But with everyone rushing from one side of the city to the other, it may have lost some of its momentum.

So why not catch your breath with a remote version?

1/ Contact two people on LinkedIn—either directly or through an open invitation in a post. Make it clear that this isn’t just an exchange of business cards, but a real micro-workshop designed to get to know each other through the professional challenges they’re currently facing.

2/ Prepare your space so that the welcome happens in the coziest setting possible. One of the great advantages of organizing this kind of meeting on Glowbl is that it quickly helps everyone feel comfortable, even the most reserved participants. With us, we promise—they won’t spend their time fixing their hair.

3/ Suggest an activity that structures the discussion while still leaving room for spontaneity. Troika Consulting (Liberating Structures) is, in my opinion, the ideal activity for quickly creating connections: each person shares a topic (a professional challenge), the other two listen and then offer advice. It’s simple, meaningful, and designed specifically for groups of three. You can also try a mini co-development session if you’re comfortable with that format.

4/ Decide what comes next. Schedule another lunch, leave documents on the table to continue the conversation later, or suggest meeting in person. And if this first TroikaLunching works well, why not turn it into a weekly meetup with different people from your network? You might just start a new trend.

These activities can be facilitated using a simple Collaborative Note template. But you can also use a session flow—create your own or use our TroikaLunching template available in our gallery, along with many others (Troika Consulting | CODEV)! Since the break is short, there’s no need to multiply movements within the space. However, if one of your guests needs a moment to think about what they want to share, a small table off to the side can serve as a quiet corner.

💡 “A Troika or a CODEV session can also be done with your friends and colleagues!”

Of course, to stay true to the theme, I chose to share only three different ways to use the Discovery Space. The rest is in your hands—or rather, in your ideas. If you’d like to share how you use it, we’d be delighted to showcase your experience. Don’t hesitate to contact us!

And even with this free offer, you still benefit from our support:

🧭 A comprehensive help center and regular workshops to help you get started with the tool

🎓 Ongoing pedagogical insights through our Academy

📚 Ready-to-use activities in our template gallery, inspired by active learning methods.

Enjoy experimenting on Glowbl!
