With Glowbl, You Stay Engaged! – Testimony from Two Learners

During our latest Masterclass, we had the pleasure of speaking with Azilys Le Cloarec and Laetitia Colin, who both underwent training on Glowbl with the Atelier du Formateur. Through anecdotes and practical tips, they shared how Glowbl enabled them to transform the learner experience.

Glowbl: Could you tell us about the topic of your training and any concerns you had?

Azilys: The training focused on techno-pedagogical monitoring and the use of artificial intelligence tools in this context. Its purpose was to structure and optimise monitoring processes within Learning Touch.

Primarily composed of communication team members and instructional designers, the participants attended training over four half-days, entirely on Glowbl. This initiative aimed to centralise the team’s monitoring practices while exploring suitable digital

tools. A key challenge was to combat disengagement. It’s easy to get distracted in remote settings: emails, notifications… Attention wanes quickly. Therefore, finding ways to keep participants engaged and focused was crucial.

Glowbl: What stood out to you while using Glowbl?

Laetitia: From the very beginning, we noticed a difference. During the first session, our trainer introduced an exercise where each participant positioned themselves as an avatar on an image representing their level of expertise in pedagogical monitoring. It was fun and engaging—a great icebreaker. Very quickly, we started working in small groups, with Isabelle moving between groups to coach us, just as if we were in person.

Azilys: You never feel lost. Even in breakout groups, we remained connected in a single, unified space. It’s truly a simulator of presence.

Glowbl: Which tools or features made the biggest difference for you?

Laetitia: The collaborative notes! They’re incredibly simple yet so practical. We also used collaborative post-its. I also put myself in the trainer’s shoes, as this is our ecosystem too. The pre-built pedagogical scenarios are a huge time saver. You prepare your session outline, set the parameters in advance, and during the session, you can focus entirely on the content.

Azilys: Yes, everything is planned ahead. There’s no need to search for documents or juggle multiple tools.

Glowbl: In terms of results, what did you observe?

Laetitia: Engagement levels were impressive. “It feels like being in a real room, not just in front of a screen.” Everyone participated, whether through reactions, discussions, or exercises.
