“It’s in September, when the sailboats are unveiled […], it’s in September that we can truly live,’ sings Bécaud in French—the flip side being Neil Diamond in English. Like him, it’s in September that the world of education wishes each other a Happy New Year. So this September, we’re making good resolutions to support your well-rested brains :
- Administer your virtual campus : introducing a Super Admin role that can oversee everything happening across your organization.
- Automate your Session Flows : import steps from one Flow to another.
- Catch up on the conversation : scrollback arrives in subtitles.
- Unleash your creativity : reorder facilitation tools within a Flow—and emojis now display in poll results.
- Share replays and content with ease: : replays available via a web player, plus improved content retrieval in the Flow Summary.
👩🍳 Manage your virtual campus: introduce a Super Admin who can monitor everything that’s happening across your organization.
5 or 100 spaces, 3 or 50 facilitators, 15 or 5,000 participants? Your setups may differ, but one need remains constant: tracking your data and controlling license consumption.
From now on, the Organization Admin can access a dedicated dashboard: click the hamburger menu at the top left of the Glowbl logo, then go to Organization Management.
Click Space > My spaces to return to the previous view.
This new dashboard has five tabs:

General Information
Review your organization’s name, logo, and the Organization Owner. To change any of these items, please contact us.
License Usage
Depending on your subscription plan, you’ll find your quota and the number of licenses used in the current billing period.

Presence Time
This tab lets you export presence time for all your spaces over a selected period, or filter more finely by space—and even by participant. That should make Qualiopi auditors smile.
Note: Multi-space export on the Pro plan will arrive with version 5.8. In the meantime, 5.7 already brings a useful improvement: you can export presence time for a single space beyond 24 hours.
Organization Roles
The Organization Owner can now appoint one or more Super Administrators. They have full access to all spaces in the organization. They can view presence time, session summaries, video recordings, and designate Facilitators in turn.
This new role ensures continuity of access—even if a team member leaves or is absent—so a delegate can always reach the spaces that were created.

Spaces
From this tab, the Organization Owner and Super Administrators can access and manage the complete list of spaces in your organization.
In this tab, the Organization Owner and Super Administrators can manage all of your organization’s spaces.
⚡ Automate your Session Flows: import steps between Flows

Until now, you could already import a full Flow created by someone else and run it across all your spaces. But here’s the feature our Digital Learning Manager, Meghane Mercier, has been eagerly awaiting—ever since she’s been adapting activities for you in the Méthodes Academy and our Flow Template Gallery: you can now import steps from one Flow into another.
What for?
To easily pick from our activity templates and drop them into your sessions
Want to add a walking debate (débat mouvant) to your session—and even an icebreaker? No need to rebuild the steps: simply download the template Flows from our gallery, then select a step in your own Flow, click Import, and choose whether to insert the icebreaker step before or after the one in your sequence. Do the same with the walking debate.
This way, you can quickly enrich your session—like assembling LEGO-style building blocks.
⏪ Catch up on the conversation: scrollback in subtitles
Some of you might be surprised—we haven’t talked about it much—but yes, Glowbl has subtitles!
Turn them on from the three-dot menu to the right of the view modes.
Designed to help deaf and hard-of-hearing participants follow the conversation, we’ve been testing subtitles in beta for the past few months. Thanks to valuable feedback from students at Ynov, subtitles are getting an upgrade for back-to-school:
- Vertical scroll so you can move back through conversation history and read at your own pace.
- A “Back to live” button that jumps you to the latest line in one click.
- A smaller font for more comfortable reading.
We want to shape inclusivity together—with the people directly concerned and the specialists in the field. If that’s you and you’d like to share ideas or areas for improvement, head over here—we’re listening!
😃 Create with more freedom: rearrange facilitation tools in your Session Flow — and emojis now show in poll results.
Remember, version 5.6 already brought a breath of freedom with the ability to rearrange projected content within a step and reuse facilitation tools from one step to the next—for faster, more flexible Flow creation.
A small but mighty addition in 5.7: you can now reorder facilitation tools using drag handles—just drag and drop. So if you’ve planned three announcements in a step, you can choose the exact order in which they’ll appear.
By the way—did you notice? When you launch an announcement or a poll, its name turns green. A small detail that helps you stay on track during your session!
And speaking of polls—if, like me, you enjoy illustrating options with emojis ⛅🌧️🌩️, good news: they now appear in the results PDF as well! 🥳

PS : Have you read our article💡 3 Ways to Poll Your Participants?
⏯️ Share replays and content with ease: replays available via a web player, plus improved content retrieval in Flow Summaries.
Until now, after your session you could either download the replay or share a download link with participants. From now on, that share link opens the recording directly in a browser-based video player. Participants no longer need to download the replay to catch up or review—though downloading is still available from the player if needed.
Where to find your recordings?
In the Recording tool history, or directly in your session’s Flow Summary.
We’ve also streamlined the Summary interface. A single new tab—“Resources”—now brings together:
- projected content
- poll results
- video recordings
- presence time
All that’s left is to select what you need, then click to share or download.
Isn’t September the moment to truly try Glowbl? There’s no better time: the Pro annual license has dropped in price. Work Made in France from today for €300 per year—that’s €24.90/month instead of €50 with the monthly plan. And if you’d rather experiment before committing, take advantage of our Discovery offer.
Heads up: that Discovery offer already enables concrete—and unexpected—uses that we reveal in this article. You’ve been warned!
To wrap up this playlist in style—and so you don’t miss the summer—just as Nina reminded us, I’ll leave you with One September Day.
