Coming this month: a revamped video recording feature, the long-awaited arrival of audio transcription (beta), new tools to help you recap and share key insights, and the debut of artificial intelligence to save you precious time.
What’s new in version 5.6:

🔴 📄 Record your session: a redesigned video recording feature and the arrival of audio transcription (beta)!
Video recording has moved from the table menu to the white sidebar of facilitation tools, right below the timer. You can now start recording the video of the table you’re on—or launch audio transcription directly from there!
Audio transcription is here to boost your post-meeting productivity. Quickly search for keywords, decisions, or specific actions in the text, revisit key discussion points, and best of all—use your favorite AI tool to instantly generate meeting summaries and action plans based on the transcript.

🧪 Why a Beta Version? To ensure this new transcription feature meets your expectations and performs at its best before the official launch, we’ve decided to release it initially as a Beta version. This phase is essential for our team to assess your interest in the feature and to allocate the right resources to support it.

🎞️ Access and share your video recordings and transcriptions
From the recording window, you can view both your past and ongoing recordings. Filter them by type—video or transcription—and by the table that was recorded.
To ensure participant privacy, we’ve removed access to recordings directly from within a space. However, we’ve made it easier to share download links with participants when needed.
Since version 5.5, if you’ve recorded a session using an agenda, you’ll now find the video directly in the session summary and from now on, the transcription too!
✨Leverage AI: introducing Glowbl Assistant and our prompt generator
At Glowbl, we aim to integrate AI in a thoughtful and purposeful way, focusing on what truly benefits you. That’s why we’re introducing two tools you can start exploring today:
📝 A summary prompt generator
Just wrapped up a session? Need a clear meeting summary or action plan?
Download the content from the Agenda Summary, then specify in our generator:
- the type of agenda used,
- your learning objective,
- your audience,
- and the desired output format.
The generator will craft a ready-to-use prompt you can paste into the AI tool of your choice (ChatGPT or any other) to instantly generate a summary you can share with participants.
🤖 Meet Glowbl Assistant
Since April, the Help Center has been the go-to place for tutorials, tips, and resources about using Glowbl. Now, our new chatbot is here to guide you step by step through the platform. Ask it anything—it knows the features, use cases, and soon, it will even help you design sessions and generate agendas ready to import into Glowbl.

🗒️ + 🗒️ Effortless activity debriefs: merge collaborative notes from sub-groups
During a breakout activity, each team can work on its own collaborative note, which already includes the instructions. Once the activity is over, bring everyone back to the main table for the debrief.
In the Library of that table, open the Space Content folder: you’ll find all the notes created by the different groups ready to use and share.
And that’s where the magic happens: Glowbl automatically detects that you want to display multiple collaborative notes and offers to merge them into a single document. No more juggling between tabs!
Each note keeps a reference to its original table, making it easy to present each group’s contributions. You can then edit this unified document, add your own feedback, group ideas, or complete the responses as needed.
📂 Plan your session with ease: manually reorder agenda content and reuse facilitation tools
Two new improvements give you more flexibility when creating your agendas:
Manual content reordering
Organize the documents within a step using drag-and-drop to define the order in which they appear in the table’s Library. The document at the top of the list will be displayed first when the step starts.
Reuse of facilitation tools
Need to repeat “Back to main table” more than once? You can now reuse the same announcements or timers across multiple steps without having to recreate them.
Version 5.6 brings new opportunities to experiment—and now more than ever, we’re eager to hear your feedback and ideas for improvement.
